Returns & Exchanges
At Dr. Woof Apparel, we want you to feel as good as you look in our scrubs; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip generated by the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
